FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I'VE MADE A REQUEST?

You will be contacted via e-mail confirming availability on all aspects of your request.

FLIGHTS

If flights are requested and there is a selection of departure times, these will be offered and you will be asked which is suitable.

TEE TIMES

Tee times at your selected courses will be advised. These will not be confirmed until the complete tour itinerary meets with your approval.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

You will receive an invoice stating the full cost of the golf tour plus the deposit required.

TO RESERVE

Once you are happy with your itinerary a deposit of normally 20% is required (this can vary in some cases owing to airlines demanding full payment on reservation). This can be paid by cheque or debit/credit card. A list of the full names of all travellers will also be required.

THE BALANCE

The final balance is due 10 weeks prior to your departure date. A reminder is posted to you 14 days before the balance date is due.

AFTER FINAL PAYMENT

21 days prior to your departure you will receive all documentation relating to your tour, this will include all ticketing, accommodation/car hire/green fee vouchers. Also enclosed will be directions from the airport to your accommodation and daily to the golf courses.

CAR HIRE

This is normally arranged for pick up and drop off at your arrival airport.

LOCAL REPRESENTATION

In most resorts we have a local representative in the case of an emergency.
